The carbon fiber board fabrication begins with layering carbon fiber prepreg materials, followed by high-temperature curing. After curing, it undergoes painting and polishing to enhance its stability.

Since carbon fiber boards, particularly thinner ones, can easily cut fingers, it’s necessary to paint, grind, and polish their cross sections for safety.

The grinding and polishing process involves two stages: rough and fine grinding. This process eliminates surface defects, ensuring smoothness and cleanliness. A wash follows to remove carbon fiber dust. Combined with painting and polishing, these steps ensure the carbon fiber board meets the desired quality standards.
