Novidades nas t\u00e9cnicas de impregna\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2><p>Os m\u00e9todos convencionais, quando lidam com resinas termopl\u00e1sticas de alta viscosidade, ficam frequentemente aqu\u00e9m em termos de fluxo de resina e humedecimento de fibras. Para resolver este problema, os investigadores introduziram a t\u00e9cnica de fus\u00e3o a quente em suspens\u00e3o e a impregna\u00e7\u00e3o assistida por ultra-sons. O m\u00e9todo de fus\u00e3o a quente suspensa dispersa o p\u00f3 de resina numa suspens\u00e3o aquosa, aproveitando a cavita\u00e7\u00e3o ultra-s\u00f3nica para expandir os fios de fibra e incorporar uniformemente os gr\u00e2nulos de resina entre as fibras. M\u00e9todos de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o de fibras melhorados<\/h2><p>Os m\u00e9todos tradicionais de espalhamento podem danificar as fibras, comprometendo o desempenho mec\u00e2nico. Os investigadores desenvolveram uma t\u00e9cnica combinada de espalhamento mec\u00e2nico e de fluxo de ar. O espalhamento mec\u00e2nico permite o espalhamento atrav\u00e9s da desloca\u00e7\u00e3o transversal por compress\u00e3o e fric\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto o espalhamento por fluxo de ar utiliza ar comprimido para pulverizar e dobrar as fibras, alargando-as sem contacto direto.
