La teoria e la pratica hanno dimostrato che il mantenimento della continuit\u00e0 dei filamenti di fibra durante il processo di avvolgimento \u00e8 fondamentale, in quanto influisce direttamente sulle propriet\u00e0 meccaniche del prodotto dopo la formatura ad alta temperatura. Per garantire la continuit\u00e0 delle fibre, le pareti laterali adiacenti devono aderire al principio dello spessore uniforme della parete nella progettazione del componente strutturale. In questo modo si garantisce che le fibre in ogni strato indipendente rimangano ininterrotte, consentendo all'energia di sollecitazione di essere distribuita uniformemente nell'intero componente strutturale.
