Contrairement au moulage par injection de plastique, les pi\u00e8ces en fibre de carbone sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'un processus manuel m\u00e9ticuleux. Conception et mod\u00e9lisation num\u00e9rique<\/strong> <br \/>Tout commence par un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique 3D d\u00e9taill\u00e9, con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour la marque et le mod\u00e8le du v\u00e9hicule. \u00c0 l'aide d'un logiciel de CAO (conception assist\u00e9e par ordinateur), les ing\u00e9nieurs d\u00e9finissent chaque contour, chaque courbe et chaque point de montage pour garantir un ajustement parfait.<\/p><p><strong>\ud83d\udccc 2. Fabrication des moules<\/strong> <br \/>Un moule de haute pr\u00e9cision, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en fibre de verre ou en m\u00e9tal poli, est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la conception num\u00e9rique. Ce moule doit \u00eatre irr\u00e9prochable : il d\u00e9finit la forme et la finition finales du bo\u00eetier du miroir.<\/p><p><strong>\u2699\ufe0f 3. Pose : Mise en place de la fibre de carbone<\/strong> <br \/>Des feuilles de fibre de carbone pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es de r\u00e9sine (prepreg) sont soigneusement d\u00e9pos\u00e9es dans le moule. L'orientation de chaque couche est strat\u00e9gique - elle d\u00e9termine la r\u00e9sistance et la flexibilit\u00e9 finales de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p><p><strong>\ud83d\udd01 4. Infusion de r\u00e9sine et d\u00e9bullage<\/strong> <br \/>Pour certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, de la r\u00e9sine suppl\u00e9mentaire est infus\u00e9e pour saturer compl\u00e8tement les fibres. La pile est ensuite scell\u00e9e sous vide pour \u00e9liminer les bulles d'air et compacter les couches - une \u00e9tape essentielle pour \u00e9viter les faiblesses.<\/p><p><strong>\u2668\ufe0f 5. Le s\u00e9chage<\/strong> <br \/>Le moule est plac\u00e9 dans un autoclave ou un four o\u00f9 la chaleur et la pression durcissent la r\u00e9sine. Le mat\u00e9riau souple se transforme ainsi en une structure composite rigide et tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistante.<\/p><p><strong>\u2728 6. Ajustement, finition et polissage<\/strong> <br \/>Une fois d\u00e9moul\u00e9, le bo\u00eetier est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 pour obtenir sa forme finale. Il est ensuite ponc\u00e9, recouvert d'un rev\u00eatement transparent ou peint pour obtenir une finition brillante et r\u00e9sistante aux UV qui met en valeur la trame embl\u00e9matique du carbone.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Fibre de carbone ou plastique : quelle est la diff\u00e9rence ?<\/strong><\/p><p>Alors que les bo\u00eetiers en plastique sont produits rapidement en masse par moulage par injection, les pi\u00e8ces en fibre de carbone sont fabriqu\u00e9es selon un processus \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de main-d'\u0153uvre qui privil\u00e9gie la qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9.
