La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e de 1,3 \u00e0 2,0 fois par la mise en \u0153uvre d'ions de bore acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 haute tension, qui affine la structure cristalline. La fibre de carbone \u00e0 base de PAN a atteint un module \u00e9lastique de 690GPa et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de 3,4GPa. Le contr\u00f4le de l'interface vise \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs en \u00e9quilibrant la liaison entre les fibres de carbone et la r\u00e9sine de la matrice par le biais d'un traitement de surface de l'interface des fibres de carbone. Des efforts sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt des fibres de carbone.<\/p><h2>Technologie des r\u00e9sines matricielles<\/h2><p>Il s'agit de r\u00e9sines r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur, polym\u00e9ris\u00e9es \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, de r\u00e9sines thermofusibles et de r\u00e9sines ignifuges. Les technologies de moulage \u00e0 grande vitesse progressent, notamment le moulage par infusion de r\u00e9sine, le moulage par infusion de film de r\u00e9sine (RFI), le moulage RTM, le moulage par pultrusion, le moulage par enroulement \u00e0 grande vitesse (FW) et le moulage SMC\/BMC. Dans le domaine du moulage en autoclave de pi\u00e8ces d'avion, des machines de stratification automatiques \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique (NC) sont introduites pour optimiser l'efficacit\u00e9 de la stratification des pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s courbes. Une technologie de placement des fibres enti\u00e8rement automatique est en cours de d\u00e9veloppement pour la stratification des mat\u00e9riaux de moulage composites. Les technologies de moulage sans chauffage, telles que le faisceau d'\u00e9lectrons et le durcissement \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re, permettent de fabriquer \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt et avec de hautes performances des composites structurels \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. L'\u00e9volution de la technologie de moulage RTM met l'accent sur la production de masse, la basse pression, la basse temp\u00e9rature et les r\u00e9glages flexibles des fibres de renforcement. Le moulage int\u00e9gral des mat\u00e9riaux de renforcement, des mat\u00e9riaux du noyau du sandwich et des inserts permet la production de composants de grande taille tels que les coques.
