Sirve como material primario para producir componentes estructurales compuestos avanzados.<\/p><p>Como material a base de resina reforzada con fibra, el preimpregnado de fibra de carbono puede curarse y moldearse en condiciones de alta temperatura y alta presi\u00f3n para producir piezas estructurales compuestas ligeras y de alta resistencia.<\/p><p>Las ventajas del preimpregnado de fibra de carbono son su f\u00e1cil moldeabilidad, su coste relativamente bajo, el control preciso del contenido de fibra y sus propiedades superiores, como la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n, la rigidez, la resistencia a la fatiga y la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo de refuerzo de la fibra de carbono, puede clasificarse en unidireccional y multidireccional.<\/p><p>Existen dos m\u00e9todos principales de producci\u00f3n de preimpregnados de fibra de carbono. Uno de ellos consiste en calentar la resina para reducir su viscosidad, lo que permite distribuirla uniformemente entre las fibras.
