Novedades en las t\u00e9cnicas de impregnaci\u00f3n<\/h2><p>Los m\u00e9todos convencionales, al manipular resinas termopl\u00e1sticas de alta viscosidad, suelen quedarse cortos en cuanto al flujo de resina y la humectaci\u00f3n de las fibras. Para solucionar este problema, los investigadores han introducido la t\u00e9cnica de fusi\u00f3n en caliente suspendida y la impregnaci\u00f3n asistida por ultrasonidos. El m\u00e9todo de fusi\u00f3n en caliente suspendida dispersa el polvo de resina en una suspensi\u00f3n acuosa, aprovechando la cavitaci\u00f3n ultras\u00f3nica para expandir los hilos de fibra e incrustar gr\u00e1nulos de resina uniformemente entre las fibras. La posterior fusi\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n a alta temperatura permite la producci\u00f3n a gran escala de resinas de alto rendimiento como PEEK y PPS. M\u00e9todos mejorados de difusi\u00f3n de la fibra<\/h2><p>Los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de extendido pueden da\u00f1ar las fibras y comprometer el rendimiento mec\u00e1nico. Los investigadores han desarrollado una t\u00e9cnica combinada de esparcimiento mec\u00e1nico y por flujo de aire. El extendido mec\u00e1nico se consigue mediante el desplazamiento transversal a trav\u00e9s de la compresi\u00f3n y la fricci\u00f3n, mientras que el extendido por flujo de aire utiliza aire comprimido para pulverizar y doblar las fibras, ensanch\u00e1ndolas sin contacto directo. Este doble enfoque aumenta la uniformidad de la extensi\u00f3n de la fibra y reduce los da\u00f1os, sentando las bases para la producci\u00f3n de preimpregnados de alto rendimiento.<\/p><h2>3. Sistemas de resina innovadores<\/h2><p>La elecci\u00f3n y modificaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de resina son fundamentales para el rendimiento del preimpregnado. Para las resinas de alta viscosidad, como el PEEK y el PPS, los investigadores han desarrollado copol\u00edmeros de baja fusi\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00edas de modificaci\u00f3n con nanorrelleno.
