Die Druckfestigkeit kann durch beschleunigte Hochspannungs-Bor-Ionen-Implementierung, die die Kristallstruktur verfeinert, um das 1,3- bis 2,0-fache erh\u00f6ht werden. PAN - basierte Kohlenstofffasern haben einen Elastizit\u00e4tsmodul von 690 GPa und eine Zugfestigkeit von 3,4 GPa erreicht. Die Grenzfl\u00e4chenkontrolle zielt darauf ab, die Schlagfestigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen, indem die Bindung zwischen Kohlenstofffasern und Matrixharz durch eine Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung der Kohlenstofffasergrenzfl\u00e4che ausgeglichen wird. Es werden auch Anstrengungen unternommen, um die Kosten f\u00fcr Kohlenstofffasern zu senken.<\/p><h2>Matrix-Harz-Technologie<\/h2><p>Dazu geh\u00f6ren bei niedrigen Temperaturen ausgeh\u00e4rtete hitzebest\u00e4ndige Harze, Hei\u00dfschmelzharze und flammhemmende Harze. Hochgeschwindigkeitsformverfahren werden weiterentwickelt, darunter das Harzinfusionsverfahren, das Harzfilminfusionsverfahren (RFI), das RTM-Verfahren, das Pultrusionsverfahren, das Hochgeschwindigkeitswickelverfahren (FW) und das SMC\/BMC-Verfahren. Beim Autoklavgie\u00dfen von Flugzeugteilen werden automatische Schichtmaschinen mit digitaler Steuerung (NC) eingef\u00fchrt, um die Effizienz der gebogenen Prepreg-Schicht zu optimieren. Es wird eine vollautomatische Faserplatzierungstechnologie f\u00fcr die Schichtung von Verbundwerkstoff-Formmassen entwickelt. Nicht heizende Formgebungstechnologien wie Elektronenstrahl- und Lichth\u00e4rtung bieten eine kosteng\u00fcnstige, leistungsstarke Herstellung von Strukturverbundwerkstoffen in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab. Die Entwicklung der RTM-Formentechnologie legt den Schwerpunkt auf Massenproduktion, niedrigen Druck, niedrige Temperaturen und flexible Verst\u00e4rkungsfasereinstellungen. Das integrierte Formen von Verst\u00e4rkungsmaterialien, Sandwich-Kernmaterialien und Einlegeteilen erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung gro\u00dfer Bauteile wie Schiffsr\u00fcmpfe.
